Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Our return and refund policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards
Downloadable products (e.g., e-books, digital files)
Some health and personal care items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 10 business days.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, at our discretion.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again
Contact your bank or card issuer: it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded under the same conditions as full-priced items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email at info@aromabano.it and ship the product to our address.

How to make a return

To return your product, ship the item to the address provided via email.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
Delivery time for an exchange may vary depending on your location.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
